New Heights was inspired by the realization that many property owners/agents are struggling to find businesses to suit their versatile needs. We aim to provide quality in all aspects of home repair and remodels, including not only work, but also customer service and ease of assistance. Our goal is to provide preventative maintenance and minor repairs, house upgrades and remodels, but also helping investors prepare for houses to be bought or sold per contingency lists. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a wide array of services to our clients.

MEET THE TEAM

TYLER WHITING – OWNER/ OPERATOR

A retired veteran, Tyler has served two tours in Iraq as an amphibious assault coordinator. Following his service, Tyler returned to his original passion of cabinetry, home design, repair and maintenance. In doing so, he was inspired to create New Heights Property Maintenance & Home Repair, to further his endeavor to provide quality service to homeowners and property owners alike. He strives to abide by our motto “no job too big or too small”. Aside from this passion, Tyler enjoys skiing, cross country marathons and spending time with his family. A Wisconsin native, Tyler spent 10 years in Virginia, and obtained a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, before deciding to get back to his roots, and is thrilled to have returned to the Madison area. From exploring the venues on State Street, to tractor pulls, he is happy to have settled back home and be able to serve his local community.
